From the union of three apartments in a building just outside Milan grow out the articulated plan of this house in which the clean lines, the split-levels, the choice of materials and colours, designed in neutral tones, help to widen the perception of space. The staircase in the centre of the house is transformed from structural element to focus of the location, thanks to a wise design of the lighting system. Architectural volumes and custom-designed pieces of furniture are characterized by minimal, modern and elegant lines, whereas the selection of important design pieces helps to give strength and personality to the rooms.
