This project concerns the renovation of a small house of the early ‘900 located in the Navigli district. The need was mainly to refresh a time-worn environment but preserving the historicity of the details within the framework. So the choice was to restore doors, windows and radiators with an accurate intervention. To give a modern touch to the rooms we made the decision to replace the old floors with more current materials such as brushed oak and kerlite. Also some technical spaces, as entrance and closet, were removed to increase free space and light in the living area.
