Born from a concept with a strong personality, the project of this loft is based on the principle of balance, yin and yang, white and black. Wide and bright spaces hold clean but strict lines, an intersection of volumes, in which the black and white contrast helps to perceive the boundaries. The dominant material for the floor is oak, that in this case completely painted in black and milled on the sides to hold a rubber casting, as in a technique used in the marine industry.

The ground floor an open space includes three different areas where the boundary is marked by different levels. The dining room is an area of great impact that is deliberately placed under a glass ceiling 10m high from which a chandelier in baroque style hang down to illuminate the table.

The sleeping area, instead, is on the upper floor and includes two comfortable bedrooms, one with an in view shower and a private terrace.
