This work was achieved in a two-level loft in the Certosa area of Milan.
The ground floor is dedicated to the public life of the offices, the front door leads to the reception, with a waiting room, and to a conference room, set in the central volume of the space. In the side part a staircase in painted iron and wood was placed to access the first floor, where we can find the offices. Rooms are all connected to each other to make the working environment more functional. Square volumes and neutral colours have been designed to enhance what they house. Even in this case the choice of keeping some structures in view is given by the aim to emphasize the industrial nature of the loft, besides the use of industrial teak for the floors is designed to better adapt to the constant foot traffic of this place.
